I love the way this corn came out. I accompanied it with Baked Chicken but I bet it would go good with about anything. The fresh rosemary just explodes with flavor in your mouth, followed by the sweetness of the fresh corn and cream cheese.
Directions
Ingredients You'll Need
- 2 Tbsp. fresh Rosemary, minced. (I used 1 branch from my rosemary bush outside)
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1-2 tsp salt (put in 1 and taste it so you don't over salt for your tastebuds. I used two personally)
- 6 cups fresh corn (I had some in my freezer left over from our spring harvest last year)
- 8 oz cream cheese
Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat combine corn, rosemary, thyme and salt. Heat to boiling, then add cream cheese until well blended then bring to a boil and serve. Simple, easy, and so delicious!
