Hot Chocolate

I love Winter.  Why? Because I can drink my Hot Chocolate anytime I want! It warms you up and chases away the chill.  I can't think of anything better to do on a cold night then curl up in front of the T.V. with a mug of this.  Okay okay, I just HAVE to have whipped topping on top too!  And don't forget a dash of cinnamon if you're feeling particularly festive =)

Hot Chocolate

Makes 1 Gallon of Mix

You'll Need:

  • 1 8 ounce Quart Box Powdered Milk (4 cups dry milk)
  • 1 6 ounce Jar Non-Dairy Creamer ( 1 to 1 1/4 cups)
  • 1 1-pound package Powdered sugar (4 cups)
  • 1 2-pound can Nestles Quick (4 cups)

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly to a uniform light brown color so each cup of the drinks tastes the same.  Protect from moisture in the air in an airtight jar or plastic storage container.  If it becomes lumpy the absorbed mixture can be driven out by microwaving.  To prepare a mug of this add 1/3 cup of powder to a mug and fill with hot water.  Add more powder if needed.  Stir, enjoy =)

You'll want to use a big bowl lol  It's a lot of fun.  Have the kids help mix it =)
