Tator Tot Casserole

I LOVE this stuff.  If we made this every day I'd probably weigh 500 pounds.  I Kid. You. Not.  I'm so glad my sister Stacy only made this once for our Christmas Potluck Party of 2012.  It was so good, it was hard to eat anything else lol  




Tator Tot Casserole



Ingredients you'll need:
  • 2 Pounds ground beef
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 family sized can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 small bag of frozen tator tots
  • 1 24 ounce container sour cream
  • 1 8 ounce package shredded mild cheese




Directions:

  • Crumble hamburger into a large skillet, add onion.  Cook over medium heat until no longer pink.  Drain meat mixture.  Stir in cream of mushroom soup right out of the can. Transfer to a 13x9 baking dish.  Top with tator tots and sour cream.  Sprinkle with cheese.  
  • Bake at 350 Degrees F for 35-40 minutes, or till heated through or cheese is melted.  Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
